Hello!

I always love making funny, cute and sometime hectic art, both digitally and traditionally, that I post both to Instagram as well as create all kinds of items for my online shop .

My name is Dísa and I'm a 28 year old illustrator and full time tattoo artist from Iceland.

I’m a 50/50 traditional and digital artist and I graduated from Fjölbrautaskólanum í Breiðholti in 2016 with an art degree.

In school I studied design, art history, foundations of traditional art such as anatomy, color theory, 2D/ 3D perspective and more. I also studied and finished the base for graphic design.

Outside of school I have been doing art for over 8 years and I have done both personal work as well as some freelance work and since January 2022 I have been working as a tattoo artist at Valkyrie Tattoo Studio in Reykjavík Iceland.

Overall I'm just a big nerd who loves to be creative, I love colorful designs and all things cartoony and on the photo here to the left you can see me at my table at Midgard 2023 ٩(＾◡＾)۶

Currently, I have been working on making my own story about my original character Marcus and aim to publish that this year (2024)
